The place: Quekas, a relatively new, really authentic Mexican food, casual, with veggie choices and nice prices. Located at 826 E. Cork St, across from the car wash place and next to Logins/Harding’s mall.

United Thank Offering Ingathering is June 11 at the service

UTO boxes and envelopes are available in the Community Room! Bring your filled boxes to the June 11 ingathering. All the collection goes to ministry, none to overhead! Through the program, men, women, and children nurture the habit of giving daily thanks to God. Their projects are worldwide as well as local. Some examples are building a senior center in Louisiana, support for a career readiness center in Haiti, and a youth project in our own diocese to create a journal to proclaim the good news of the Kingdom.
